Sometimes mistaken for a bee, the humble hoverfly is my photo on extraordinary for this weeks photo challenge. Few can look up to them in air supremacy. Being able to beat their wings up to 300 metres a second, they can hang magically in the air endlessly. Then when required dart away in a blink of an eye. They are everywhere, 6,000 species in all and can be found in every continent except Antartica. Simple and yet extraordinary.
